Classes are held on Wednesdays in Richmond.

Students will install tabs and highlight strategic material in the books. There is continuous interaction to ensure understanding of the material. The seminar will review the same reference manuals that are taken into the exam room. Students who have taken this seminar have enjoyed a very high rate of success on the exam - passing all parts the first time. Seminar cost is $335. All reference materials may be purchased through Contractors Institute.

This seminar, administered following the A & B seminar, is for those who need the BLD designation on their license.   This program will teach understanding of the common terminology used in the exam and will teach understanding of the test content areas.  All reference materials may be purchased through Contractors Institute. The BLD seminar is $150, starts at 1:00 and will end no later than 4:00 pm.
