100% refund........up to 7 working days prior to seminar date

50%...................4 working days prior to seminar date

0%....................less than 3 working days prior to seminar date

Reschedules due to improper books:

The required references are listed on invoices and directions. All students are informed of the material prior to class. As such, we reserve the right to charge an administrative reschedule fee of $50 for any student who must reschedule due to not having the correct reference books or not obtaining the reference books in time for the scheduled seminar.

Cancellation more than 7 working days prior to start of a course:  No charge.

Cancellation 7 working days or less prior to the start of a course:
Registrants who fail to appear (no shows), or cancel attendance , will be invoiced the full tuition fee.

Substitutions

Should a confirmed participant be unable to attend and wishes to substitute their seat at the seminar with another individual, a request must be made to the Contractors Institute prior to the start of the seminar and the substitution may be accepted at no charge.

Support:
We want our students to pass and will work with candidates who are not successful passing the exam either by telephone or through free retakes of the seminar.  Our students must take the exam first before returning to class. This way, Contractors Institute will be able to help with specific test content areas that were problematic. We will provide this service for six months from the date of the first seminar. After the six-month mark, new registration will be required. Prior students who have not taken the exam and wish to return to class will be required to pay a 50% registration fee.
